Each desk holds a local inventory. A one-way delivery merges everything the sender knows into the receiver. Gather the edits, repair any conflict, then spread the final inventory to all three desks.
How to play
Choose a sender and receiver, then deliver. The sender stays unchanged. Your goal is for all three inventories to match the target within the delivery and edit allowances. A fresh local edit after a merge wins over the values that desk has already seen. Concurrent edits use a deterministic CRDT tie-break, not delivery order.

Real convergence, local simulation
Three actual Y.Doc objects hold Y.Map inventories. Each delivery uses encodeStateAsUpdate and applyUpdate. Updates are mergeable and idempotent; receiving the same update twice does not add quantities twice. These are local simulated replicas: nothing is sent over a network. Stable exercise client IDs make conflict outcomes reproducible.
